The Baldwin Regulatory Compliance Collective (“BRCC”) is excited to announce the training and educational opportunities available in 2025 for employers, plan sponsors, colleagues, and other interested parties. Two calendars are available for download: the BRCC HIPAA Complete Training Schedule and the Baldwin Professional Education Connection (“BPEC”) Webcast Schedule. These resources outline the full schedule of training sessions and educational webcasts for the upcoming year.”

HIPAA Complete Training Opportunities:
- Employers, plan sponsors, and HIPAA business associates interested in learning about HIPAA topics, from the basics to the more nuanced and advanced topics, should review the HIPAA Complete Training Calendar and register for the webinars of their choice.
- Employers and plan sponsors interested in implementing the BRCC’s HIPAA Complete subscription service should also register for the HIPAA Complete Training webinar series of courses. Details respecting course content and anticipated audience are incorporated within the HIPAA Complete calendar.
- All HIPAA Complete webcast presentations are eligible for either HRCI or SHRM professional continuing education credits respecting attendees of our live broadcasts.
BPEC Training Opportunities:
- Employers, plan sponsors, and other interested parties looking to introduce or expand their knowledge of the legal and regulatory landscape for employee benefits-related topics should review the BPEC Educational Webcast Calendar.
- Each month, our topical webinars tackle a different compliance topic relevant to the administration of employee benefits matters.
- BRCC regulatory specialists and other invited industry experts lead these timely and informative monthly broadcasts, introducing the BRCC’s original industry thought leadership and professional training resources and opportunities.
- All Baldwin Professional Education Connection webcast presentations are eligible for either HRCI or SHRM professional continuing education credits respecting attendees of our live broadcasts.
Summary
2025 HIPAA Complete Training Calendar:
Consistent with the administrative simplification provisions mandated under the law of HIPAA, certain organizational officers, designated individuals, organizational privacy contacts, and some line managers and employee supervisors may be required to certify that they have received post-designation and bi-annual refresher training respecting the HIPAA administration simplification provisions. HIPAA-required post-designation and refresher training courses are available via a virtual learning platform sponsored by the BRCC’s HIPAA Complete subscription service. Program participants who attend a live HIPAA Complete webcast presentation are eligible to apply for HRCI or SHRM professional continuing education credits.
The BPEC 2025 Educational Webcast Calendar:
Professional education opportunities offered by the Baldwin Professional Education Connection (or “BPEC”) are detailed in the attached 2025 annual broadcast calendar. BPEC courses are typically broadcast live on the last Wednesday of each month at 1:00 pm Eastern, 10:00 am Pacific. The BPEC’s educational opportunities are offered as a core service for the benefit of clients, prospective clients, and colleagues of the Baldwin Group. BPEC programming is developed in-house by the subject matter experts at the Baldwin Regulatory Compliance Collaborative. To the extent a program is supplemented with additional course materials, these items will be distributed to participants via email following the broadcast of the program, and an archive of previously broadcast presentations is available for viewing and downloading. Program participants who attend a live BPEC webcast presentation are eligible to apply for HRCI or SHRM professional continuing education credits.
