The BRCC is excited to announce our upcoming open hour sessions with ACA compliance experts for the 2024-2025 ACA reporting season. These sessions are designed to help you navigate the ACA requirements, particularly the preparation and filing of annual information reporting forms with the IRS. During these sessions, you will have the opportunity to ask questions and gain clarity on the latest regulatory updates and legal changes.

  • Determining if an employer is an applicable large employer (ALE) subject to ACA reporting;
  • Required forms and information for reporting to the IRS and employees or covered persons;
  • Strategies to avoid or reduce potential penalties for non-compliance or errors;
