Approach this open enrollment season with clarity and confidence.
The benefits landscape is rapidly changing, and with open enrollment just around the corner, this brings fresh opportunities to make more informed, strategic choices.
Join us for a live conversation built on the findings from our 2026 Mid-Year Employee Benefits State of the Market Report on the forces reshaping cost, coverage, and workforce strategy.
This session is designed for HR leaders who want to walk into open enrollment ahead of the curve, with practical insights.
What you’ll learn:

The cost drivers reshaping health plans. Specialty medications and GLP-1 therapies are reshaping pharmacy spending, while broader economic pressures, from energy markets to global supply chains, are quietly pushing up healthcare costs as well.

The regulatory landscape that multi-state employers can’t ignore. State rules are outpacing federal guidance, adding new layers of complexity (and opportunity) for employers managing benefits across multiple locations.

What employees actually want right now. Financial pressure at home is fueling demand for benefits that feel more personal and flexible. We’ll share how leading employers are meeting that need without blowing up their budgets.
