Josh DeFino serves as an Associate Loss Control Consultant at The Baldwin Group, supporting the IAS National Commercial RMS Mid-Atlantic team with expertise in risk management principles and industry best practices. Since joining the firm, he has partnered with clients to assess risk exposures and deliver tailored solutions that help organizations navigate their unique challenges.

Josh holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental & Business Economics from Rutgers University. His professional credentials include the Associate Safety Professional (ASP) designation, reflecting a strong commitment to high standards in safety and risk engineering.

John Putrich

Manager, Loss Control

John Putrich is a Loss Control Manager and leads the loss control team for The Baldwin Group – Southeast. John has over fifteen years’ experience in safety, and loss control and has a proven history of building best in class cultures through relationship building at all employee levels, engaging training and permanent, practical solutions to challenges.

John holds the Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation and is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology.
