Joe serves as Chief Operating Officer of The Baldwin Group’s IAS division. A recognized transformational leader with nearly 30 years of industry experience, he previously led the Western Division at World Insurance Associates, overseeing 27 offices across 13 states with full P&L responsibility and driving sustained revenue growth, operational excellence, and successful integrations. Prior to that, Joe was the Chief Operating Officer of the North American Industry Divisions at Willis Towers Watson, leading nearly 3,000 colleagues and generating more than $1.2 billion in revenue. He also served as EVP/COO at Lyons.
Earlier in his career, Joe spent five years as a professional athlete with the Kansas City Chiefs. He is also the proud father of triplet daughters.

Previously, Leslie led regional and national divisions at AHT Insurance and served as President and COO of Sterling Risk, doubling revenue and profitability over five years. She has also held senior leadership roles at Willis and Marsh, where she improved operating performance and led large-scale distribution and placement strategies. Leslie is widely recognized as an industry leader and innovator.
Leslie’s leadership and impact have earned her significant industry recognition, including the Academy of Women Achievers Award, Business Insurance’s Leading 100 Women and 80 Women to Watch honors, Crain’s New York Business Forty Under Forty, the National Association of Insurance Women’s Helen M.
