COMPLIANCE NEWSLETTER – OCTOBER 2026

Compliance Advisory Solutions

NEW NAME. EXPANDED VISION. GREATER CONNECTION.

Introducing Compliance Advisory Solutions

We are excited to announce that, effective October 1, the Baldwin Regulatory Compliance Collaborative (“BRCC”) will become Compliance Advisory Solutions (“CAS”).

Compliance Advisory Solutions represents the next chapter for our team—one centered on greater collaboration, proactive guidance, practical solutions, and an even stronger connection to the clients and colleagues we serve.
Why Compliance Advisory Solutions?
The employee benefits compliance landscape continues to grow more complex. Employers today are navigating evolving federal and state requirements, increased fiduciary expectations, greater transparency obligations, and an expanding array of compliance risks.
Our approach must evolve with it.
The name Compliance Advisory Solutions better reflects how we want to serve our clients: not simply by explaining regulatory requirements, but by helping employers understand what those requirements mean for their organizations and translating complex rules into practical, actionable guidance.
It is a shift from thinking about compliance solely as a requirement to viewing it as an important part of a broader benefits strategy.
A national team with a regional pulse
Our vision for CAS is captured in a phrase that has become central to our team: National team with a regional pulse.
CAS brings together the collective knowledge and resources of a national compliance team while remaining closely connected to the regions, colleagues, and clients we support.
That combination allows us to share expertise and best practices across the country, create greater consistency in our resources and solutions, and remain responsive to the unique needs of employers in different markets.
A more proactive approach
The evolution of CAS also represents a continued investment in becoming an increasingly proactive, consultative, and solutions-focused compliance resource.
In addition to helping clients understand and navigate regulatory requirements, CAS is focused on anticipating emerging issues, developing practical resources, strengthening compliance and fiduciary education, identifying potential areas of risk, and helping employers take a more strategic approach to their health and welfare benefit programs.
We are also continuing to expand the ways our team supports the broader client relationship—from educational resources and compliance assessments to thought leadership, emerging regulatory guidance, and strategic collaboration with The Baldwin Group’s teams across the country.
Looking ahead
While our name is changing, the experience, relationships, and commitment behind the team remain foundational to who we are.
CAS builds on that foundation with a renewed vision for what compliance support can be.
As the regulatory environment continues to evolve, our goal is to evolve alongside it—bringing together technical expertise, practical guidance, and a strong understanding of our clients’ needs.
New name. Expanded vision. Greater connection.
